(2) Bigger orders (of min 3 releases) and regular customers get Express Shipping via UPS (tracked), if available in your Region
(3) We ship all of our products with insurance
(3.1.) If you notice visible / major damage to the mailer upon delivery - do not open the mailer and follow these steps:
1. make a photo of the still closed mailer with the shipping label visible
2. carefully open the mailer and document any damage on the inside with photos
3. notify us via eMail to: hellorecordclub@gmail.com
(3.2.) Orders with damage due to transport will be replaced free of charge
